If you are looking for some delicious, easy to make casserole recipes, then you have stopped in the right place. For the past five years, I have used these delicious casserole recipes passed down from my mother and grandmother. They are so simple to make and your family - especially the kids - will love them. Each of these yummy recipes take 7 ingredients or less, so get out your casserole dishes, fire up the oven, and get ready to prepare a delicious meal that your whole family will enjoy!
To begin our casserole baking adventure, here is a list of a few things you will need to make sure you have in your kitchen:
- 13 x 9 Casserole Dish
- Cooking Spray
- Aluminum Foil
- Oven

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- Garlic Salt
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 8 oz Package of Herb Stuffing Mix
- 1/2 Cup Margarine, Melted
- 1&1/2 Cup of Chicken Broth
How to Prepare:
Boil chicken breasts in garlic salt water until tender. Let cool and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken pieces together in a large bowl. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 casserole dish. Next, combine stuffing mix, margarine, and chicken broth in large bowl. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Spaghetti Pizza Casserole
Spaghetti Pizza Casserole
Ingredients:
- 10 oz Spaghetti Noodles
- 24 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Package of Sliced Pepperoni (or any other pizza toppings you love)
- 1/2 Stick of Margarine
- Large Jar of Spaghetti Sauce

Grated Parmesan Cheese
How to prepare:
Cook spaghetti noodles according to instructions on package. While these are cooking, melt margarine and pour into 13 x 9 casserole dish. Sprinkle the dish with parmesan cheese. Add cooked spaghetti noodles and mix well with butter and parmesan cheese. Cover the spaghetti with half of the mozzarella cheese. Place the pepperoni slices (and any other pizza toppings) on top of cheese and then cover with spaghetti sauce. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and another layer of pepperoni slices (and any other toppings you have used). Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top layer of cheese is melted.
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Chicken Flavor Rice
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Cup Milk
- Paprika
- 3 Chicken Breasts Cut into Smaller Strips
How to Prepare:
In large bowl, add rice with chicken flavor packet seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix together well and put in 13 x 9 greased casserole dish. Lay chicken pieces on top of casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes at 325 degrees.
Hashbrown Potato Casserole
Hashbrown Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 32 oz Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes (Thawed)
- 3/4 Cup Butter (Melted)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
How to Prepare:
Combine hashbrown potatoes, butter, onion, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Wow!! This hashbrown casserole was great. I've made it twice now. The second time I added crisp crumbled thick cut bacon and fresh chopped garlic to it. I also sprinkled in some fresh parsley only because I had it handy. Came out great and ate like a meal. Thanks

Ok, this hasbrowned tater recipe is the ONLY thing my husband allows me into the kitchen make (besides spaghetti), and it is so delicious! The spaghetti pizza casserole sounds great, too. Might have to just write that recipe down.
